Tom is a specialist in the urban luxury condominium market in Richmond. He was the Sales Manager of the RIVERSIDE ON THE JAMES and VISTAS ON THE JAMES, both mid-rise condominium projects located on the James River in downtown Richmond, and has a number of resale opportunities in both buildings. Later in 2008, he will also be Sales Manager of the latest project downtown in the heart of the Broad Street corridor, MILLER & RHOADS RESIDENCES (see information link above). This exciting project includes the full renovation of the original 460,000 sq ft Miller & Rhoads department store (occupying a full block at 5th St and Broad St), including a 250-room Hilton Garden Inn Hotel, street level retail and 133 condominium units attached.

In 2005 and 2007, Tom won the prestigious Ruby Award for sales in Central Virginia, the highest level achievable. In 2005, he was in the Top Ten of the region and in 2007 he was in the Top Five of the region. His commitment to excellence in service and customer relations has continued throughout his 35 year career.

Tom came to Joyner Fine Properties from South Florida where condominium living is a way of life. The Richmond market is still relatively new to the concept of mid- and high-rise living and demand for this form of home ownership has stayed strong into 2008. Tom spent almost 10 years working for Disney Development headquartered in Celebration Florida, just south of Walt Disney World. Prior to that Tom spent many years in Washington DC as VP of Investment Sales for a large commercial real estate brokerage.

His wealth of experience in real estate transcends condominium sales, but Tom believes the "wave of the future" is luxurious condominium living where families and individuals can enjoy maintenance-free living.
